I contacted the agent for a spesific quality from a spesific factory based on a price quotation i recieved from her previously . she conviced us to change to a factory she works with recently and convice us that their hair is much better . we recieved hair which is more synthetic than human, one of our clients said this hair is a sheeps hair not humans! they have many mistakes in producing the requested order and we refunded a pcs before they ship as it wasnt as per our proforma. i asked for silky straight hair, after i recieved it not silky at all they asked us to make it silky by ourselfs. 1. Attached picture of the old sample we requested the same from them on the right  and what they sent to us on the left. 2. Attached picture of they saing the quotation was wrong aftyer they send the wrong material . 3. Attached picture showing they didnt send silky straight hair as per our request . we will recontact the original factory also for the original quotation quality.

Perfect quality and seller was very honest and responsive. I will buy more
